Where to get Yellow fever vaccination in Israel?

The US has a shortage of Yellow fever vaccine, so I want to try to get vaccinated while in Israel.
I am looking for a clinic in Tel Aviv.

Background: This is preparation for an upcoming trip to Brazil, where there's currently an outbreak in Rio and Sao Paulo. It takes 10 days for the immunization to become effective.

You can still get it in the states.  My friend got it yesterday in NY and I'm getting it on Monday in MD.  You just need to call around.
