I'm a little surprised that nobody has done this by now, but as per my Rov, I'll share just the timeline as shown from screenshots that Heshy himself shared for the world to see and everyone can decide for themselves if they should go into future business with him without commentary from me.

1/22/23-1/27/23:Missing several emails, but SY tells hotel that they should have $50K ready to send to hotel by end of week.
Hotel tells HG he is in breach of contract due to non-payment and asks for a new proposed payment schedule.
1/27/23:HG sends hotel confirmation of a $48K wire sent, HG says in video that this was their 2nd payment, so that should mean they paid $93K to date.
1/27/23:Hotel thanks HG for payment and asks for updated payment schedule. Confirms that HG is still in breach of contract.
2/1/23, 230pm. Hotel tells HG and SY they received $103K to date and are still owed $302K that should have been paid by Feb 1. States that SY verbally agreed to $50K weekly until caught up, but requests written confirmation.
2/1/23, 306pm.
HG asks SY if they can pay $50K weekly, based on good sales numbers.
2/1/23, 315pm. SY counters with $30K weekly in Feb for $120K + $103K previously paid=$323K.
Plus $90K weekly in March for $360K+323K previously paid=$683K.
Plus remaining balance of ?? to be paid Apr 3.
2/1/23, 906pm. Hotel counters with $30K that week and $40K the next 3 weeks, for $150K paid in Feb + $103K previously paid=$353K.
Plus $90K weekly in March for $360K+353K previously paid=$713K.
Plus remaining balance of ?? to be paid Mar 31.
Notes that is imperative that no dates can be missed and all payments must be done via wire going forward.
2/2/23, 416pm. SY sarcastically agrees to counter offer.
2/20/23-2/21/23 Hotel doesn't receive the expected payment amounts.
2/27/23 at 11:41am and 3/3/23 at 9:26amPayments of unknown amount made to hotel, HG claims in video they are possibly $5,500, $9,500, $18,000, and $7,000?
3/3/23 at 1:33pm:First phishing email from claridger.com, asking to note new wire address. The previous conversation from the actual hotel is embedded into the email, so the phishers had access to all previous emails:
3/6/23, 12:16pmPhishing email to see attachment of new scam bank account, at PNC:
3/6/23, 12:17pm:SY asks phishers to confirm they got a $7K wire, they confirm they got a "previous payment," but remind him to pay to the (phish) PNC account going forward.
It's unclear if any payment was send to PNC at this point.
The phishers ask for proof of the wire multiple times, which makes it seem like the $7,000 may not have gone to the phish PNC account?
HG admits in video (2:06:00) that the scammers were effectively saying please don't make that mistake again, which makes it sound like the payment went to the actual hotel and not the phishers.
3/15/23: Hotel says that now that Purim is over, they were expecting much larger wires to have been made.
3/16/23: HG's brother Joel tells hotel $50K is coming Monday 3/20, and then everyday wires as money comes in, until it's paid off. Asks for final balances owed and how much hotel has received from his brother and SY.
3/20/23, 11:09amHotel tells Joel that they are looking forward to the $50K payment that was promised and confirms they have received $158K to date. That's only $55K paid since Feb 1 vs the promised amount of $510K since that date.
3/22/23, 2:23pmSY emails hotel with proof of $25K wire.
3/22/23, 4:44pmPhisher asks for proof of wire:
3/23/23SY apologizes to the phishers for once again sending a wire to the hotel's BOFA account and not to the phishers PNC account.
The phishers ask if he is doing the payments to the hotel's BOFA on purpose and to please make payments to the phishers PNC account.
3/28/23, 12:44amSimon emails hotel receipt of a $70K wire and says hopes to send another $20K soon.
