I'll give him the benefit of the doubt. The judge also agreed to share the appointment information with him privately after the radio show. Perhaps he never reached out to him. To be fair, the way the judge babbled off the address and the time didn't sound professional.

Obviously, determining guilt or innocence requires examining all of the evidence, which is the job of the detectives, lawyers, judges, police, FBI, victims, psychiatrists, or other people, all of whom are not me.

I just offered my interpretation of a sliver of the evidence contained in a single word.
