A Different Pesach Program - total zoo. Consistently run out of food at meals, night of first seder food wasn’t delivered until 10 PM. People either didn’t eat or were mechalel Shabbos because of this scam of a program.

No disrespect to anyone. But if you are paying $4000 per couple I don't know why you expect anything decent

They cooked?

From their website description it looks like the plan was for them to deliver cold prewrapped meals to each villa ready to be warmed in the oven. I guess the soup etc wasn’t edible cold and people were faced with the choice of putting the food in the oven on shabbos or going hungry?

Reading their website description of the hashgacha leaves one with the impression that one is getting top notch experienced supervision.......

Right, and we all know that the obvious answer in such a situation is to be mechalel shabbos...

Unfortunately it depends on where you are coming from (and sometimes on who is watching) and your level of desperation. I’m sure some unlearned people would think it’s not such a big deal to put cold chicken soup in a preheated oven. After all, it’s already cooked.

I once knew a guy who considered himself a religious Jew, and he was a good person, who saw a wallet on the way back from shul and he picked it up, reasoning that it was better to do a good deed and return it....

One of the respectable programs, with separate sedarim, ran out of food for someone who shlepped with his Magid. Inconceivable.
Fair warning - Any PMs sent in response to forum posts are fair game for ridicule in public.

Family of 8 plus wonderful guests each meal. Five star food, really good selection of wines, way too many courses, as much as we wanted, when we were ready for it. Private Seder room! All for around $2100 all inclusive....

The closest we came to an issue was a bottle of non KP soda that ended up in the pantry by mistake.

Amazing experience. I think we are coming back next year :) ( hopefully new location, even better program in Yerushalayim!)

Someone should start a will with hotels/programs (include all names and identification the program is know with) and user ratings.
I'm not who you think I am.

It seems the only answer is to go by referral only.
