Wild interview.

-HG point blank refused to offer an apology or show any remorse when asked by the DansDealer judge to do so. In general, he refused to answer questions without diverting blame on social media evils.
-HG never asked for any refund from the hotel or vendors!
-HG only forwarded the scammers email to the FBI email on 4/19.
-ZB did about as good of a job controlling the interview as Chris Wallace did over the first 2020 Trump-Biden debate.

never saw that heter mentioned in Chofetz Chaim. Not to pick on you, but just because you are convinced someone scammed others based on your expert detective opinion, there is absolutely no heter toeles to say Loshon Hara until it has been verified(that is just the first condition of 7 to be mater lh litoeles). It's not detective work. He agreed to go on the show and verified everything himself.
If someone takes someone's wallet and when confronted he says "i didn't do anything wrong" instead of a good reason for taking it then he's admitting his guilt.
If you listen to the podcast where he speaks he consistently denies all wrongdoing. That's admitting his theft.

I assume the reason he came on the show is to counter Yossi Z from last weeks show that said repeatedly that no scam took place, and that only HG is the scam.

ETA: I personally went on a program run by Yossi Z and I was very dissappointed. This is my honest review. (And I don't know HG)

That could be. But he admitted taking everyone's money and refuses to say he did anything wrong so he has officially admitted to being a theif.

They had access to the email account of one of the 4-5 people on the thread and just copy pasted to a new email.

I've seen dozens of these type of scams in my career. It's not a chidush to receive them if your in any field that handles lots of wires.

I don't know any details of anything here.

Without commenting on the substance of the matter, I think that HG didn't get a fair chance here. It's clear that HG came on the show for one reason, so that he can try to show to the audience that he was indeed scammed. But the flow and style of the interview didn't allow it.

When HG was having trouble setting up the video, everyone was pressuring him to just say the timeline. That would've been really stupid. He wanted to show the evidence, not just give an account of it. He had every right to refuse to talk until the visuals were working. And as the interview progressed, he often kept getting cut off when he was trying to present details.

In short, I think that he didn't have a chance to properly present his story. I have no idea if it will hold up if told properly, but this interview was in no way comprehensive based on the style and vibe.
