Timeline and full picture just got much clearer, but I guess I'll see if the hotel responds tomorrow before deciding what to do with it. But I definitely have most of the puzzle and evidence put together now.

Why are you so certain there will be legal or beis din proceedings? Even if there are, it can take many months or even years for a judgement to be rendered.

Also, he doesn’t only run Pesach programs. He runs programs all year.

This has been going on for years, no BD or legal processes have yielded results. If you don't deal with it when it's on people's minds it will be forgotten until it's too late and next year's crew gets scammed

I would think the opposite.  If you post it now, people will have forgotten it by next year. I do recall some problematic programs from past years, but don't remember the names of the organizers or companies involved.

This may be true. Or maybe incorrect. Since publicly exposing someone on a public forum is likely דיני נפשות, shouldn’t this be presented to a competent rov for a psak before proceeding?

To be honest, he bizarrely exposed himself and it's all public already. I'm not even sure there's much of a shayla here, given that he himself made it all public?

Though he has since sent over some evidence that somewhat helps his case and fits the timeline like a glove. I'm happy I asked.
