Even among those who do mention some sort of kashrut oversight I don’t see separate swimming mentioned in any of the ads. Is that something that is even less of a selling point? The Pesach hotel debate is nothing new:https://www.vosizneias.com/post/read/29392//2009/03/25/jerusalem-israeli-gedolim-caution-against-going-to-hotels-for-pesach/all_commentshttps://www.google.com/amp/s/mobile.nytimes.com/2016/04/16/us/celebrating-passoverwith-allthe-comforts-ofaresort.amp.htmlhttp://theinfounderground.com/smf/index.php?topic=11578.0;wap2 This quote seems to confirm my first point: Rabbi Oberstein explains why many observant Jews (particularly Chasidim) refrain from eating gbrochs — anything containing matzoh that might have come into contact with liquid. It is not so much a halachic concern as a family tradition. “Some people who have no problem with mixed swimming or swimming on Shabbos would never touch gbrochs.”
Can anyone post a link or ad for a program that has an actual mainstream big hashgocha? I haven't seen any. Guess why?For the most part they have fly by night, second tier "rabbonim", who all of a sudden have become professionals in the intricate details of catering a commercial pesach for for hundreds..There are a few options, non are good..(Its ironic that I generally would actually advocate for a rabbi to take responsibility instead of a faceless organization... My question still stands.)
Honestly, I think some people's judgement are clouded by pre-conceived notions about these programs. They're not all perfect, but to lump every one together is asinine. But FWIW the program I went to last year was under the OK and the rav hamachsir is fantastically knowledgeable and is present and eating at the program for the entire Pesach:https://www.pesachonthemountain.com/pesach-vacation-food/
Was that the one where the Kushners and crowd were pictured eating matza from the platter of matzah that was served to the guests as part of the eruv pesach buffet?http://hollywoodlife.com/2017/04/13/ivanka-trump-family-passover-vacation-20k-secret-revealed/http://jewishinsider.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/04/IMG_8906-3.jpgExcuse my bluntness but was the OK Rav hamachshir eating from the eruv pesach matzah as well? Was he knowledgeable about the Halacha in Shulchan Aruch (and Yerushalmi) that it is quite problematic to eat matzah Erev pesach?I think this illustrates my point that even good programs still have compromises that have to be taken into account as part of the overall picture when making a decision to join a program, but to say everything is perfect and top notch standard wise is a stretch....

1000s of ppl only eat Erev Pesach Matzos for the Seder...and your saying that the Rav Hamachsher is problematic because of that??
He is referring to eating matzos ON erev pesach.
Egg matzah, but why let details get in middle of a fine anti dan lkaf zchus rant?
http://www.crcweb.org/ask_rav/eggmatzah.php“However R. Moses Isserles or R’Ma writes that would be permitted only for someone who is ill or for an elderly individual. Thus, those who follow Ashkenazic tradition will not eat egg matza except for the above two cases. “
