Not disparaging, he is actually a personal friend of mine, but with all due respect, I am not sure about the organizational qualifications.
Given the crowd this is targeted at, it might be different, as I would presume that everyone in attendance has similar kashrus standards, so not really imposing any higher standard on anyone, but with all due respect and friendship, he is a one man operation (albeit with quite a bit of experience). Pesach on the Mountain hires Rabbi Laibel Miller who has tremendous experience in catering kosher getaways, but still gets the OK (and I am guessing it's not only for marketing purposes, but possibly for organizational backup).
