TLDR?
That he has a pattern of past fraud/ponzi/fraud claims/non-payments/bankruptcy and they haven't been fully publicized because of L"H concerns, people not wanting to admit that they were scammed, and review sites that aren't publishing reviews for various reasons so people don't learn what happened. Based on what was presented, it seems very unlikely anyone will get their money back if they didn't use a credit card, but the best course of action may be a complaint to the NJ attorney general. Several people that were scammed or past guests came forward now based on seeing how people felt that he was being truthful in the last episode about his past programs.
He also flew to SA for a Pesach program, angering the people on this program. He claims an anonymous donor flew them there free and he stayed there for free.
None of that proves he didn't get scammed, but the onus to prove he did get scammed and for how much is certainly back on him.
