2 Nights any Hyatt / Andaz / Park Hyatt: $150 a night

I have 2 nights at any property under the Hyatt umbrella: Hyatt, ultra cool Andaz, Park Hyatt, etc.
Rooms must be used by 2/29/12 (Leap Day!)

I sold 2 nights end of DEC in NYC at the brand new 48LEX & had no problem with my "guest" checking in & checking out.

So let me know if you want 2 nights @ $150 a night.
I strongly suggest the fabulous Andaz Hollywood.  $374 a night or discounted it's $274 a night
(+ 17% occupancy tax) and you can get it for $150 a night!
