I’m guessing they tried to cancel everything, but some were too far along in their distribution chain to cancel. The individual success can be random, but time is probably a factor.

I don't see how that explains several of my orders at the end shipping.
I'd be more inclined to chalk it up to the LUXE code than anything else.

Also seems to depend what the item is, though that can also be locations based.

All 4 of the undershirts I ordered were cancelled for example.
Boxers ordered with the undershirt was cancelled. Boxers ordered with other items shipped.
Socks ordered with the undershirts were cancelled
No jewelry was cancelled.

Would make sense as it delayed the fulfillment of the order by going on back order giving the employees time to cancel all orders with undershirts.

And I guess that's the same reason they canceled my two orders with gc's which was extremely easy to catch onto as they would need to load up a gc for $10 for each order.

I made five orders. All with my luxe card. All shipped. But All orders were between $10-$20.

Lol I think it's silly to say the cancellations are associated with specific items. In any case, I didn't order any undershirts and 8/9 of my orders were cancelled, including boxers, sweaters, and shirts. One sweater that I ordered actually shipped.

3/4 orders were canceled and each of those orders had the same socks + other item
the one that did ship also had socks but totally different pair and it was also the very first order i made
i definitely think time played a part in this because i got a email that the first order shipped about 3hrs after i placed it and by the time i got the cancellation emails for the other orders the tracking for the first one was showing it already left the facility.
