Came accross this on Jetblue website...
« on: July 26, 2011, 09:47:43 AM »
"Earning TrueBlue points on American Airlines flights Beginning November 18, 2010, TrueBlue members can earn TrueBlue points on American Airlines flights from New York's JFK and Boston to 15 international destinations*. To get your points, simply provide your TrueBlue number when booking these flights with American Airlines."

Is there some relationship between the 2 airlines? Can I transfer points or use AA miles on jetblue or something?

There is a relationship between the two, but AFAIK, it only goes as far as crediting miles to the other for flights on certain routes (where they don't compete), and to check in for a B6 flight and connect to an AA one, and be able to check luggage through.
