Same here. I had 2 rides booked under my account. I called in and they said everything is fine with my account and that they are working on some updates on the site and everything should be back to normal later today, and confirmed my 2 rides are still booked.
interesting. i have a ride booked as well.
this was probably the best publicity they ever had (despite their rates being terrible)

ETA: the app still works.
They edited my email address in the app and it now shows with "@@@" before my email address...

Tried to "forgot password"
Says "Sorry, but the email address provided is not in our system. Please try another email address or create a new profile."


Oh no...Can’t login either. i reset my password this morning and was able to login and see the credit.

But just tried again and getting the same error message. Looks like they flat out canceled the accounts?

When I use the app and look up my profile info it shows up as Gary Johnson with a full email address and 202 phone number. Strange. But my ride is still there.

They seem to be playing with the things in the accounts so we cant access them.
ETA: My wife's account we hadnt opened yet on the app. so i cant see what they changed her info to, in order to change it back. Called CS and they cant find her account. Not there anymore under Name, email or phone number...it simply disappeared.

if i were to guess, their original promotion intention is 1 visa signature/infinite card per account, and not every card. so if it does return, certainly won’t be as generous. though i guess we are also waiting to see how generous they are with the credit already claimed.

I had the same error. My account wasn't erased, they just added "@@@" to the email address. They are obviously doing something with the new influx of accounts that stacked this promo.

I'd screen shot any account info, and credit info you can. If it disappears, you don't have much to go off of. I guess the email they send when adding cards may help.
