Same here. I had 2 rides booked under my account. I called in and they said everything is fine with my account and that they are working on some updates on the site and everything should be back to normal later today, and confirmed my 2 rides are still booked.

When I use the app and look up my profile info it shows up as Gary Johnson with a full email address and 202 phone number. Strange. But my ride is still there.
Does this promo officially end?
in the way we were all using it, yes, definitely ended.
I didn't get around to do it, so I was wondering if they'll fix it, or if there is an expiration, and they're waiting for it to expire to fix
if i were to guess, their original promotion intention is 1 visa signature/infinite card per account, and not every card. so if it does return, certainly won’t be as generous. though i guess we are also waiting to see how generous they are with the credit already claimed.
