So long as you get approved, and they agree to match you for offers which you weren't targeted for, yes.

Do to those two conditions, primarily the latter one, it's say bem684 is right, YMMV.

YMMV, however, this can trigger a FR. If you are not earning the salary you claim on the application, then be careful.

You can also be denied due to "abuse of rewards program".
