Got a Credit Card Approved WITHOUT a Credit Pull!

Today I called to get my Chase Business Continental card approved since it was denied for to many apps within 6 months.  I called and they couldn't pull my score because it was frozen.  But the CSR thought it was because my business was to new to be in the system or something.  So she manually entered my info and transferred some of my CL from my personal card and approved it.  They also sent it next day for free.  Although I do have a business checking and personal checking with chase.  that may have helped.  But no credit pull

Yeah, I think it was rather lucky. I wonder how many times this happens though.  I doubt many people tried before.

I thought that a credit enquiry for the purpose of a business credit card anyways doesn't give you a hard pull.
Has this changed?

I have applied myself this year for 3 American Express cards, and 3 Chase cards, as well as the citi AA, plus a few inquiries that i wasn't approved, and strange when I spoke with Chase reconsideration, they told me they only see "4" hard pulls for this year on the Experian credit report.
How could that be??

Amex didn't pull from Experian in your state?

I didn't know this was ever the case. It's definitely not the case at this time.

Did you apply for multiple cards with the same bank on the same day? That might explain it.

Business card utilization isn't reported on and doesn't count against your personal credit score.

No. each inquiry was made separately.
The only thing I could think is that Amex didn't pull experian.

why dont u just apply for citi monitor for one dollar and check
