Seamstresses do these tpes of things all the time when making curtains or gowns. It would, of course, need to be a good one with experience, but one who does curtains and women's clothing should be good.

although i always shop by D'Rose and im a happy customer, why wouldn't you try a store like best embroidery that specializes in delicate embroidery?
