Bad Amex GC experience

Spent 40 minutes on the phone with Amex after receiving GC in order to cancel because I did not agree to Terms & Conditions.

They charged back my card, so no help meeting spending on my Visa....

SUCKS!

i just had a bad 45 min cs experience trying to find out why i was sent a free gc, turns out i never cancelled the free shipping on the gc, so they were thanking me for being a customer, took 45 and a supervisor just to find out why it came and then to get it cancelled, i told amex and they gave me a $50 credit to my account - worth it?
