does anyone have experience with this?
i want to book a W hotel and i found it cheaper then SPG if I use a travel agent but Spg says they will beat price by 10% but i'm not sure if  they will do it for an agent price anyone try this in the past?

It has to be a publicly available/ viewable price they will not match a travel agent

Today, I went through Price Match Guarantee with SPG and the best is to try the Hotel directly if you find a cheaper rate and ask for the General manger
