Amazon Prime Visa Card
« on: February 20, 2018, 02:55:29 PM »
For a big Amazon shopper, seems like this card is worth it to get, even with a poor signup bonus ($70). The Amazon Prime Visa gives 5% CB on Amazon (as well as 5%CB at WholeFoods as announced today). Besides for counting against Chase 5/24 and potentially preventing me from gaining other signup bonuses, from a strictly usage point of view, is there a better card to use on Amazon?

Thanks so much!

Thanks so much- which office supply stores do you purchase them at- I don't see them on staples, office depot, or office max websites. Are they only available in-store?

Per card :)
Fair enough. Not all of us have 8. I only have 2 ink cash cards. Totally regret downgrading my ink bold 3 years ago. Gained $95 but lost 125k UR per year.

Seems not, unless it's different if it once was that product.

I don't think anyone has been successful upgrading an Ink Cash to a plus.

No but I doubt that would make a difference.

Same. Just thinking. I know someone who just got a CIP, maybe he'll try once he hits his spend.

I hadn't heard that they added it to Whole Foods.  That's huge for just a family that wants to shop (you know, normal people not us).

Albertsons bought Rite Aid today.  I really expected Amazon to buy them.

You are getting better return, and if you use Amazon/while foods enough that you'd get the Amazon card for it, then it may be worth it.
