afaf who had a synchrony amazon card for a few years already and was doing alot of spending on amazon and repaying the bill right away to free up his credit line synchrony shut him down and took away 3,000 dollars worth of points that he accumulated in the past few months from amazon shopping. There does not seem to be a way to get synchrony to overturn it. is there any way that he can take them to small claims court? or it would not hold up because synchronys terms and conditions says that they have a right to close your card when they want?
