Then obviously they werent good parents. A parent that is in tune with their kids rarely turns out bad kids.

I have plenty of experience as a child. And as a friend of children, I may know more dirt then you think. And I may be more entitled to an opinion then you think

Right, because thats what we learn from the biblical narrative. That bad kids can grow up in good homes.

Yishmael flipped out in the end. Plus his mother wasnt necessarily a great parent. Who says Yitzchak did a great job raising eisav?  Plus, he said rarely. Also, proofs from chumash without proper context are kind of confusing

Mental issues play a role in this as well. Lots of bullies also have severe issues.  Especially in the younger grades.

that was proof of concept showing how far the problem goes. and yes we can learn that from the bible narrative . But there are dozens if not hundreds of parents out there with children OTD that have been nothing if not in tune the entire time. there is often nothing to do besides for daven

Truth is with many of these issues the problem is it is not dealt with a younger age and people with psychological issues need help before things escalate. Parents/teachers need to identify the issue and act accordingly
