I have not really been following this and I cannot speak of who signed without seeing it or who refused to sign or the like, especially with such a vague statement. I can say that the claim that this is an Eitz thing seems ridiculous on the face of it. R' Sarya Davlitzky, R Yehuda Silman, and the others on the letter from the Bais Din of Bnei Brak are most definitely not Eitz.

The reference you referred to said it’s origins are from there. That’s 100% true. To suggest that this undermines this paper is totally pathetic.
