Cancelling Credit Card Immediately After Approval - Will it Show Up?

Accidentally applied for Personal card instead of a business version. Is it possible to Cancel Credit Card, preventing it from showing up as a new account to the Credit Bureau? Trying to stay under 5/24. Inquiry is of no concern to me.
