I don't know anything about Las Vegas. Are the only 2 activities gambling and expensive shows?

If you have a car there is some other things...I.E. Hoover Dam, Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area.....

Thanks. Now that you remind me I actually used to check them more often but I sent out requests a number of times in a number of places and never got a response. Have you ever had success with it?

used it about 25 times, including hosting someone this past week for shabbos!

some people sign up and dont check it or check their emails. trick is to find people that have some feedback on their page so you know they are active.

depends which community you want to be in. i've spent a shabbos at shaarei tefillah. on the website there is some info

Young Israel has a LaQuinta right next to the shul and the hotel is very accommodating for religious needs

yes. there are shuls/chabads pretty spread out but there's two main areas, summerlin and henderson (not actually in las vegas proper ~20 mins).

tried a quick flight award search from San Diego to Vegas in the summer but came up pretty empty or with stop overs

whats my best bet to fly with award miles from SAN to LAS?
