Only if you have status which is harder at the 2 specific places you mentioned, since their not part of any major chain iirc. If you like complaining then things will go wrong :) Wifi etc and you can potentially get it refunded
This is only with Caesars diamond as far as I could tell. Mgm gold is kind of worthless. Caesars doesn't have good properties or prices.

Venetian and Palazzo seem like the best deal because they're all suites and they're rated really well. I'm planning on using ihg nights since the nightly rate is so high on weekends.

If anyone knows how to get a deal at Wynn or any other good hotel please share.

+1
Stay away from the higher end places, nothing to write home about. Jerusalem Grill is probably the most consistent place there.

Correct. Jerusalem grill was good, so was Ace of Steaks.
Both good food and excellent service.

Just came back from 9 day stay in Las Vegas at the La Quinta Inn (Red Rock) on West Sahara Avenue. Reasonably priced. Comfortable but not fancy. Very convenient for Shomer Shabbos and Kosher families. Very friendly Orthodox (Young Israel) shul next door. Fridge in room and manual door keys for Shabbos use. Within an eruv. Several kosher choices available in hotel's complementary daily breakfast.
Kosher food shopping: Big kosher department, including take-out dishes prepared under local rabbinic supervision, at the Albertson's super market in shopping center on the corner of Ft. Apache and Sahara, a 5 minute walk from the hotel. High quality kosher dairy restaurant (Panini) and a small Israeli grocery store and kosher meat restaurant located across the street from supermarket.
Hotel is clean and has all basic amenities and cooperative staff. 20 minute Uber ride from the Las Vegas strip.

(Hi, I hope this is the correct place to post...)

Has anyone done the drive from San Diego to Las Vegas with kids? We are debating between flying (1.5 hours) or driving (6 hours) with a toddler and infant any recommendations for one over the other would be appreciated.

I have done the drive with 2 kids, not bad at all. Iirc it was only about 5 hours, not worth the hassle of flying IMO.

Depends on the age of the kids if adjoining rooms are not available.

Henderson is a nice area.

Could be. If you're looking on the strip then hybrid could work since Casio hotels are often fairly cheap.

2 rooms is easiest for those ages IMO unless you have status somewhere and could get an upgrade.

so is Panini the only chalavi restaurant now open? chalav israel?

anyone have luck asking for an alternate kosher option?
