Recs for top Meat places for dinner? Only places confirmed still open please ;-)

Also - anyone have experience with Belagio/Aria "catering kosher" in one of their restaurants? The hotel claims to have such an option in the restaurant "private rooms" but looking for advice if ever done?

Not suitable for business dinner. And quite far from strip.
I went to  Jerusalem (https://jerusalemgrillvegas.com/) last year and thought it was pretty good (but not cheap)

There is also King Solomon very close by (https://kingsolomonslv.com/ ) but I haven't been there personally.

there are no fancy places in vegas right now for business dinners. used to be a very nice place way off strip but that didnt last long. jerusalem is good, they had a great chef before covid..but now the food is very solid. anyone know what the deal is in belagio/aria? is there really a kosher food option?

Who certifies Chinglish?

I believe the husband is Jewish and keeps kosher, the wife is from Hong Kong, not sure if she's Jewish (doesn't sound like it)

which makes me think if anyone would want to eat at such a place after manalapan...

Success:
We ordered at Prime (there are other restaurants in Belagio/Aria that will do this too)
Asked for 1 Kosher, must be requested at least 72 hours in advance.
HOWEVER you must tell them that you want EXTERNAL kosher catered food (it was from Rafi's) not a "kosher" steak. Glad we asked. They called 2 days before to ask about the entree: Ribs, chicken or fish.
All served to the table (including bread, salad and desert) sealed yet the servers were helpful unwrapping and plating. Also asked if I wanted plastic or paper cups for tea/coffee/drinks

I rented an 8 seater suv through turo for 10 days and had a great experience. Best price by far, clean car and drove well. Apparently he has a fleet of 8 seaters on different luxury levels he rents out. If anyone wants his name/number they can pm me. Nothing in it for me, just appreciated his honesty and way he dealt with us.
