The chinese place closed down. Getting tougher to eat kosher here the service at all the testaurants stink.
The dairy place (Panini girll) was really good.  Not very impressed with Jerusalem Grill. The reviews said it was great, but coming from NYC I am not very impressed with shwarma, and that seems to be all the locals eat as other than Haifa (which is abysmal), there are at least 3 shwarama places.  Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf in the Veneitian at the food court makes egg and cheese - I STRONGLY recommend the Jalapeno Cheddar bagel. It's kick ass and 100X better than the sorry excuse they make in the NYC stores.

You just piqued my interest.
The Veneitian has a kosher place that has jalapeno bagels??
Better Bagels in CLE used to have them, and I still miss them to this day.

Every CB&TL on the west coast is kosher under vaad of LA.  Even the ones in the middle of nowhere.  They make the best Jalapeno Cheddar bagels.
There are actually 2 in the venetian, like a 90 second walk apart.

Not to mention a kosher Krspy Kreme in the excalibur.  I had forgotten how good they are.  Totally blow DD out of the water.

Shame, shame.
I think I kept that place in business for a while with the Vegas deal.

Bagel Shoppe in CLE makes excellent Jalapeno bagels.

Great to know! I'll be back for Pesach, so I'll have to try them out afterwards.
For a decade now, e/t I go to a bagel shop, I always request jalapeno, and they never have.

Haifa for sure has a different menu for when the shows are in town. Absolute joke. Soup $10, entrees $25 for small kebob stick.
Jerusalem grill is too crazy you end up waiting a while.
I have a car so il try sababba to tonight.

What do you mean?  Shows are always in town.

We didn't wait long at Jerusalem Grill, however the food was nothign special, the waitress was just off the plane from israel and didn't understand half our questions (my wife is pregnant and we were trying to find out if the mousse had raw eggs and she had no idea what raw meant.  When we first asked she disappeared for 10 minutes and acted like we never asked a question, the next time she said yes the cake has eggs in it. Finally a manager/owner came and said it's from a bakery so they didn't know).
Also, it's a good thing we were going to P&T @ The Rio which is like 8 minutes away cuz there was something in the shwarma that went right through me.  Wouldn;t have made it more than 15 minutes ::)

Not on the strip at all.  It's on LV Blvd, but the strip begins at mandalay bay(~Hacienda Ave) with the center at flamingo.  South point is 5.5 mi from Mandalay Bay and 7 miles from Flamingo rd.

OK I am renting a car so location on the strip is not that important. is this place nice it seems under-priced(even for its location)?
oh and they offer Complimentary wireless Internet access! all the other ones are charging for it (and no resort fee)

for my dates luxor was double the price and they hit you with a resort fee. plus I stayed there once(mistake I stayed in the pyramid) it wasn't great. although the non pyramid rooms are supposed to be better.
