OK I guess I asked for too much... Let's eye if someone can help me with this
1. Anyone done vages with a baby? If yes, what did you do? Brought your kid to a show or casino?
2. Anyone drove  from Las Vegas to the Grand Canyon?

That's true. We once went as a family and all of us kids got kicked out of the casino in the Bellagio even though we were just passing through.

Not exactly the case. If you have the right card you can transfer them and it can actually be quite good for a trip like this (SQ on UA, or FB on DL).

My parents are going to Vegas in January and asked me for tips. They don't have points to use (I booked them flights with my points) but want to find reasonable  hotel and rental car rates. Also any other tips would be appreciated.
