Target.com down?

Im wondering if anyone else is having this problem, I can't get to target.com. On multiple platforms and browsers and for a few hours already any target.com url gives me this:

 Access Denied
You don't have permission to access "http://www.target.com/" on this server.

This usually means and IP block for about 10 minutes
