It doesn't just say "select gift cards." It says "SELECT gift cards." I think it's more likely that the intent was one merchant (Lowe's) than all merchants other than one (Shoprite). I've tried this before when they showed pictures of several merchants. I bought one that wasn't shown (Shell) and it didn't work, but when I bought one that was shown, it did. Sorry, not worth waiting on line to try to convince the CSR that I should get a $20 coupon that's only good for one week.

Was in the store on Sunday and a customer was at the service desk trying to get the $20 for his Shell GC purchase. No luck. But we both stated how unclear the ad is.
