I'm in the market for a new 55" LED or LCD TV and debating whether to go with a 3d or no-3d model.
I mostly watch TV shows and sports (not too many movies), but I do have young kids who will be watching the 3D cartoon movies soon enough.
Anyone have a 3D TV or have thoughts on them? Is it worth the extra amount? How important are 3D glasses (i.e., do you have to buy a really expensive pair)?
Also, I plan on checking out Costco, Sams and Amazon. If anyone else has suggestions on other places to check, let me know. Thanks
