Scrambled eggs every day of chol hamoed for an family of 6-10 and possibly more extended family, plus pancakes etc and occasional Ard boiled. Obviously the larger percentage are used in baking cakes/kugels

This is basically beaten eggs cooked VERY thin maybe with some potato starch added.

We don't make any cakes for Pesach.

Just this Shabbos my kids were commenting as food was placed on the table Friday night, that some people eat almost everything that here on Pesach. I am extremely grateful to G-d that after discussing various things that we do or don't eat on Pesach, and others that we could eat if we wanted to, my kids (of all ages) were unanimous is saying that they are very happy to keep things as is.

My wife says our family is not so big. She feels that 17 kids would be a nice size. I'm ok with 11.

Don't forget that the number one activity for Jews is eating.

Some Pesach favorites include Gribenes with Eggs and Potato (real delicacy). A Kugel will easily take 8 eggs. Etc. Etc.

The delivery guy was so confused when we had that staples deal for free boxes of paper a few years back. “Do you guys have some sort of holiday that has to do with paper? I’ve been delivering hundreds of these all over Lakewood.”

I can only imagine what the non-Jews are thinking about the Jews walking out with all those eggs....

I had that about a baby product price mistake (crib?) a while back where the delivery guy asked a friend if we synchronize our kids.
