About 2 years ago. IIRC the issue was that the system couldn’t process the exchange from CAD to USD. I went to CS and that’s what they told me.

Did not get discount cuz it was charged on April 3. Just emailed visa checkout.

Why are you automatically jumping to that conclusion? The original offer said that the credit would appear on statement within 6-8 weeks.

Posted in the other thread but it worked for me on multiple cards all GC purchases. Only charges that posted on the 6th had the credit.
