Don't believe that's possible, unless it's a new feature. Gopuff isn't just the delivery service, it's the store as well.

IME Chase has not clawed back but has shut down accounts for reward abuse.
They shut down my accounts but let me keep the rewards that were from abuse.

A little off topic (sorry) I placed 5 orders for $10 each on different cards. I see the charge and the credit on my CC but I cannot seem to figure out were my gift cards are. If anyone can help me with that i would greatly appreciate it.
