Any deals on a good long coat or parka? It's the tail end of the season, no matter what this rather fickle Winter might have to say about it, and I'm in the market to replace an older coat.
General requirements are a knee length, hood, waterproof enough to deal with real rain and not just sprinkles/snow, and wearable and warm during NYC winters.
I've looked at sale items at Macys and a few of the better known winter coat locations, and most are not long enough other than topcoats, which generally don't fit most of my other requirements above.
