Delta blue credit card

hi i haven't found anything on this i tried searching a little bit
but basically my sister wants to start to getting delta cards if she gets the delta blue card bonus she can get the other delta card bonuses also correct?
because i know the other way of getting the delta blue bonus second isnt possible

What’s the SUB for this card?
And why shouldn’t she be able to get bonuses on the gold and platinum as well?

that is what i am asking bec i know if you have a gold or platinum you cant get a bonus on the blue card
