Family trying to get small hesped at JFK before flight TLV

My wife's grandmother passed away yesterday in Miami. Her body is being flown to Israel for Kevurah on American tonight. Since only direct relatives can fly to Israel, most of the family cannot go to the Kevurah. We wanted to arrange an airport hesped at JFK tonight during the 5 hour layover the Mes will have coming in from Miami. American has told us that due to staff shortages they cannot accommodate this request since it will take 5 hours to load the cargo for the flight to TLV.

After reading this (https://www.dansdeals.com/points-travel/israel/happens-airline-doesnt-get-memo-israel-behind-scenes-american-flight-146-jfk-tel-aviv-tonight/), I figured to reach out in case there is anything to do. It's hard for the Mes to have no hesped with her family who can't fly to Israel or say final respects here. If anyone can help, let me know. Thanks.
