You can't use plenti points at macy's anymore for the last few weeks. The only option is this based on plenti's site:
You can use points for savings on eligible purchases at participating Exxon and Mobil gas stations, Rite Aid stores and BI-LO, Fresco y Más, Harveys and Winn-Dixie supermarkets through July 10, 2018.

Macys and plenti sent out notices in advance that they stopped participating in the program in May.

they didnt pay out for purchases, obv if the points would have actually posted i would have used them.

Good riddance.

Spent too much energy trying to salvage whatever was there. Seems like I had 3 accounts, but only managed to salvage one, got about $20 of gas out of it.

I had a big problem getting off first base with them, as multiple accounts were create for me/my wife/other household members and couldn't do anything without having the physical card.
