Do I have any recourse if Marriott is playing games with my reservations made before the categories went up? They cancelled one reservation and points went up on others and nobody is willing to help. I have printed reservation confirmations.
I used my anniversary night a month ago, but it's still in my account(not even showing my hotel stay in history). I made a new reservation using the e-certificate, any issues doing this? Happened to anyone else?
No, I used a few and automatically were gone from the account. Also not showing the stay means it was a glitch, let us know how it goes.
If staying 4 nights (on points) and get the fifth night free, then does the fifth night also count towards number of nights? (To earn Platinum 50-nights?)
Marriott stays that post after promotion date will count toward promotion date even if stayed before.

Possibly, I had a stay of a few nights thru OCT 30. So most likley even if stay started before, as long as 1 night is within the promotion period it should be ok.
thats a different story I was assuming the entire stay was in the promo period and the stay just posted to your account after the promo period
How often does they update peak/off peak pricing? For example if January or Feb is currently showing Peak, will that change? Or has it already been decided that those dates will be peak
Do you the annual benefits for Platinum and Titanium once they reach 50 and 75 need to be selected before January 1st, or can they be selected afterwards?
