Scripts
not sure how that's relevant here, but ok.

When i search STR on Marriotts site i see availability for 48k per night when i try booking it comes up as unavailable and i can only book with cash...

Bc reservation systems haven't yet been merged, and SPG's reservation systems block redemptions on that property as it has limited participation with SPG rewards. I expect you'll be able to redeem for the garden villa once the reservation systems are merged.

My SPG account converted into a separate Marriott account (even though they were linked prior to the merger). anyone else having a similar issue?

How did you guys know you got a new Marriott number?

At first I logged into the Marriott app with my email, which only brought up my SPG details (i.e. points balance, reservations). I then logged into via browser and only saw my marriott details. I compared the two member numbers and they were different.

Wow all of a sudden simple Marriott properties that was 15K last week is showing now as 17.5K per night, bottom line we all lost big time on this merger.
