Made a reservation with 3 nights Ritz cert online. Called in a few weeks later to add on guest , was told "Cant add a guest" (have done numerous times). "Let me cancel and rebook for you and then I can add the guest"...SO I check my account a few seconds later and she didn't use certs she booked it with points at 85K x3 points per night. Call back and reps are clueless, "sorry hotel is now 85K per night"?
Any suggestions??
