Hi,
I did not see a thread regarding this but if there is one please feel free to move it.
I am a platinum SPG member and I have a reservation in a hotel for 2 nights but they are claiming that they have absolutely no availability for the last night that I want to stay there.
Is there any way that I can push them to work out a room for me? I tried calling a few times and all they said was that they are completely booked.
I really want to get that last night since its a hassle to check out and go to a different one.
If anyone has any ideas or tricks please help me out.
