Which sites offer bizrate survey after purchase?

I used to get all my magazines (@$2 S&H each, and yes, making sure to cancel before auto-renewal) after submitting the Bizrate review after purchases at certain online retailers.

Seems my preferred retailer is no longer using Bizrate, as I wasn't prompted to complete the survey after checking out.
