Disposing of Small Propane Tanks
« on: April 23, 2018, 03:01:40 PM »
Anyone know how to get rid of those small green tanks used for portable grills?

I'm afraid to throw them with the regular recycling, but I also don't feel like going to some special recycling facility.

Haven't found a clear answer anywhere online.

I'm pretty sure you can return them to Home Depot. Not sure if they only take them if you bought them there.
Workflowy. You won't know what you're missing until you try it.

When traveling I have given them to hotels to take care of.
