SPG points not posting

my amex statement closed a few days ago and i still do not see the spg points posted to my account. does this have anything to do with the new program?

Wow!  no i have not.  and thank you for letting me know. some commenters say there were issues in the past months. im going to review that i got all my points.

this is what amex just told me.. so is it an spg issue? or amex?

Kind of similar situation here.

Statement closed. Points from regular spend posted to SPG account. None of the referral points posted to SPG even though they show up in Amex and are listed on the statement. Before, referral points posted to SPG in 1-2 days, didn’t even need to wait for AmEx statement to close.

I had the same issue. spoke to AMEX and they said they were having big issues with their spg points. the spend was not adding up to the spg points earned that period. They said they are aware of the issue and all points will be corrected by the end of July. the rep put me on hold for 10 minutes twice. so after the half hour call i didnt feel like speaking to anyone else.
