Does anyone know of a way to get back expired CTY points
I transferred from one citi to another citi, they expired after 90 days

ive done the PUTPAC stuff a few times - they couldn't help me

they once reactivated mine when i told em that i had a screenshot saying "no pts expire w/in 60 days"
