United will only allow me to book certain award travel with a stopover in a second city as part of a multi-city round trip. If I book the return flight on United using miles, can i then cancel just the return leg and get the miles used for that leg to be redeposited? If so, can i do this before i travel, or only mid-trip? Thanks.
