The Do's
Great value grill: Someone please add :)

The Dont's
Don't play with the food on the grill. Flip it once (or twice if need be), that's all.

Be careful. Once your grill gets used you can have one heck of a grease fire and destroy your grill.
I singed my face as a 10 year old (but that was leaving fires on while closing tank valve instead of closing valve then lighting new fire to burn out excess)

They can debunk it all they want. Steak and burgers flip once comes out the best for me.

When you constantly flip them how do you know when they are done?
internal temperature is the best way to measure doneness

I always thought with to much flipping you lose the juice

Next time you're about to grill chicken breasts, STOP!

Get deboned chicken thighs instead. It's life changing!

They take longer to grill but are juicy and don't dry out like breasts.

Also, not directly related to grilling, but my new favorite way to make a burger is to smash it ala smash burger.
Interesting. Looks cool

I hate "dark chicken cutlets." They always have extra bits of chewy cartilage.

I guess you should ask your own rav, but I don't find their reasoning very compelling.

Which part?

For a diff time. But haga atzmecha--if they are correct that it only needs hagala, then libun kal also works. If libun kal also works, then it doesn't need anything because the seasoning process itself is at above libun kal.
