a family member was found with meat and they were fined and suspended from GE, now every time they fly they get searched thoroughly, its been like this for a few years now...

Didn't have it in NAS preclearance in January 2020 or EWR in June 2019.

When I used the GE kiosk at my last entry, it didn't ask for the usual fingerprints, passport scan, customs questions, etc. After the initial picture, it printed my receipt and we were on our way. Both of us used different kiosks...Is that a normal occurrence?

My GE expired in June. Didn't realize because either they didn't send me any emails so they did send me emails and I didn't pay attention to them.

Flew to Chicago and was so pissed no TSA pre-check.

Anyways, I just renewed GE.

Do you have to go in for an appointment when you do a renewal and usually how long does it take? Flying in 2 weeks ugh

Lets hope it works out without interview. Also had to replace passport in renewal application since I have since received a new passport.

Ugh and seeing people paid $15 for GE credits makes me sad

My wife was conditionally re-approved and we set up a zoom interview, she had the interview, all went smooth, they said she would receive the new card in 2-3 weeks. It’s 4 weeks later now and nothing showed up, and the bigger issue here is that online it still says waiting for interview, as if the interview ever happened.
I’ve already sent them 2 messages regarding this issue but no response yet.

Any advice?

DP. My wife's GE expired in April 2021. Submitted renewal on Sunday afternoon (2 days ago). Received email approval last night (Monday).

here is how it resolved,
End it up calling the JFK location and they approved it on the spot.

How did you get a virtual appointment? Which location did you select?
